In case of a project, where completion certificate has been received prior to 31-03-2019 but some part of the consideration in relation to the apartment is due after 31-03-2019, it appears that such project will not qualify as ongoing project. What will be the applicable tax rate on such amount received on or after 01.04.2019 – old rate or new rate?
